The preferential feed-in-tariff for wind projects under Decision 39 will end on 31/10/2021. Further feed-in-tariff after 31/10/2021 is still unknown, causing uncertainty for investors. So far, at the end of 2020, the MOIT has sent a written proposal to the Government to extend the time of applying the fixed electricity price mechanism to wind projects in Decision 39.
