Pioneer International Consulting expands its public policy team

Pioneer International Consulting (PIC) has today announced the appointment of Hung Pham as a Senior Adviser on Public Policy.

Hung will be based in Hanoi and brings wide public policy experience across multiple sectors including e-commerce, pharmaceuticals and legal, most recently as Public Policy Lead at Amazon.
