World Bank to buy 1 million tons of carbon from Vietnam at $5 per ton

The World Bank (WB) is set to acquire an additional 1 million tons of carbon at $5 per ton under the Emission Reduction Purchase Agreement (ERPA). The EPRA was launched in 2020 with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Source

SK Ecoplant ties up with BCG Energy to co-develop 700 MW of renewable energy

SK Ecoplant and BCG Energy have announced development of 700 MW of renewable energy project capacity in Gia Lai province. The joint venture includes 30 MW of onshore wind, 300 MW of rooftop solar, and 100 MW of ground-mounted solar. Sources
